At MJS Media, we're good people.

It is important to us that you know how, why and when we collect information from you, and what we do with that information once we have it.

Information we collect

Cookies and Analytics

We use a few thrid party services to learn how our website is used by it's visitors (you). We do this to help us update and modify our website, making it easier for you to use.

We also use cookies to remember what notifications we have shown you so that we don't show you them again.

The third party services we use are Google Analytics and Hotjar. Both Google Analytics and Hotjar collect anonymous details about your visit to our website, such as what pages you looked at, how long you looked at them or what buttons you clicked on while looking at them.

The data collected by Google Analytics and Hotjar cannot be used to identify you and only involves details about your browsing session.

Contact Forms

We have two contact forms on our website, one on the Contact page, and one on the Support page. Obviously, if you fill out either of these forms and hit send, we will recieve any personal information that you have just filled out.

If you fill out our Support form, your message will be submitted as a ticket on our support desk service, Freshdesk.

We use this data so that we can contact you to give you the information you have asked to receive.

Freshdesk is not covered by our own privacy policy, but theirs can be found here.
